The staff was friendly. the central location was perfect for exploring. i appreciated the kitchen facilities. It really helped me save on dining costs. having a shopping center across the street was very handy. I got all i needed so easily.

The noise level at night was a bit high. it was hard to sleep well. The sounds from outside were disturbing.

i found the location great for accessing many places. the layout was functional and worked well for basing myself there. cleaning services were excellent and did what i expected. i was lucky with being on the top floor which helped with noise.

i found the rooms quite different, clean, and large. the bathrooms had nice, hot water. we were totally impressed with this hotel after reading negative reviews. the area is harmless. a short walk leads to the main square. a lovely cafe and restaurant sits opposite the hotel and many cafes are nearby.

the front door sometimes had a large group of people congregating around it when i arrived late. it could be intimidating. the lobby smelled quite bad.
